This notice explains how Rafd Technology & Solutions (Rafd) handles the information you submit through rafd.tech.

Information we collect
When you send a consultation request, we may collect your name, organization, email address, mobile number, and message. Cloudflare Turnstile may also process limited technical data to verify that the request is legitimate.

How we use it
We use this information to respond, understand your requirements, arrange a consultation, and protect the form from automated or abusive messages. We do not sell your information or use it for behavioral advertising.

Services that support the site
The site is hosted and protected by Cloudflare, and form messages are delivered through Resend to Rafd. These providers handle data under their own security commitments and privacy terms.

Retention
We keep consultation correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the professional relationship, and meet legitimate legal or operational requirements. We then delete it or restrict access to it.

Local storage and external links
The site stores your motion preference locally in your browser and uses no advertising cookies. Links to Ishraq, TheraFlow, and Kilani Centers lead to independent services with their own privacy practices.

Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your information where applicable. Email info@rafd.tech and we will handle the request within a reasonable period.
